Disability Access

 

The building is fully accessible for disabled people and includes suitable toilet facilities, disabled parking and ramps for wheelchair access. There is a lift to other floors.

  • We have an induction loop fitted for patients and visitors who use hearing aids.
  • You are welcome to bring a supporter with you if you need extra help when you see the doctor or nurse.

Please talk to our Manager if you feel there are additional facilities we should provide to ensure our services are available to all members of the community.

British Sign Language

 

If you need a BSL Signer, we can arrange this but please let us know as soon as possible so we can make a booking.

Loop System

Blind/Partially Sighted

If you or your family members are blind or partially sighted we can give you a large print of our Practice leaflet upon request. Please ask our staff for further information.

Disabled Parking – Blue Badge Scheme

The Blue Badge Scheme is for people with severe mobility problems. It allows Blue Badge holders to park close to where they need to go.

Guide Dogs

Guide dogs are welcome at the Practice but we ask that you be aware of other patients and staff who may have an allergy or fear of dogs.
